The following policy is a guideline to the return of funds by Atlantox (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) to the Client. This policy outlines how, when, and under what circumstances the Client can receive a refund.
Clients should read, understand, and accept the terms of the Return and Refund Policy, as well as any other relevant policies, before soliciting the provision of Services from the Company.
The purpose of this policy is to prevent potential conflict between the Company and the Client, as well as to reduce the risk of financial or identity fraud.
The Company reserves the right to block access to the personal trading account, to suspend trading activity, to cancel the demand for input-output transactions, or to make a return of funds, if the source of the funds or activity of the Client contradict the AML/KYC/CFT policies, or finance terrorist activity.
In the event that no trading activity was recorded within a month since the account was replenished with funds, the Company will issue a return of the funds to the Client.
The Company reserves the right to, with objective reasons, issue a return of the funds to the same source as was used for the deposit of funds to the personal trading account.
The Company takes extensive measures to prevent and block deposit and withdrawal of funds by third-parties. Deposit and withdrawal from the account can be carried out only by the personal account holder themselves.
